ACCURACY STABILITY ANALYSIS

The metal alloy, that is, the temperature-sensitive liquid alloy, moves in the capillary of the thermometer.,it is easy to oxidize, so the yield of successful matching is not high, which requires constant trial and accumulation of experience.Our alloy materials are stable and satisfy as the following characteristics:
(1) our temperature-sensitive liquid is a multi-component alloy based on these metals.
gallium(Ga), indium(In), and zinn(Sn) .
(2) The Freezing point ≤ 0ºC
(3) Viscosity at 30 degrees Celsius is 2mPa.s~5mPa.s
(4) Volume expansion coefficient is 1x10-4K-1~2x10-4K-1
3.Stabilization of test conditions
The technical performance of all instrument tools shall be in accordance with the requirements of its product standards during the test. After regular inspection and within the validity period, the test instruments, equipment, measuring tools and technical requirements are as follows:
(1) Special standard thermometer is Range of indication34.5 ºC ~44.5 ºC ,The minimum division value is not more than 0.05 ºC ,Extended uncertaintyU0.99=0.02ºC(Note:Special standard thermometers must periodically measure the zero temperature)
(2) Constant temperature sinks is with automatic temperature control device, the temperature difference between water temperature and any two points in the working area is not more than 0.01ºC,Temperature fluctuation does not exceed ±0.015ºC/15min.
(3) Reading magnifier(Magnification is more than 4 times).
(4) Centrifuge:Centrifugal acceleration range from 70m/s2~500m/s2.
 
PRECAUTIONS
 
1. Avoid falling and collision glass thermometer.
2. Do not bend and bite the tip of the glass thermometer.
3. Glass thermometer should be placed far away from children.
4. Infants, minors and disabled persons should be used under the guidance of medical staff or adult guardianship.
5. The glass tube of the glass thermometer should not be used to avoid the danger of injury after the glass tube of the coat of the thermometer is damaged.
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
 
1. Before measuring body temperature, check that the liquid line is well below 36 °C (96.8°F).
2. Wipe clean with cotton ball or gauze square saturated with alcohol for disinfection.
3. According to the measurement method, Place the thermometer in the appropriate body position (armpit, oral, rectum)
4. Place thermometer under the tongue for a minimum of 3 minutes; Or Place thermometer under the armpit for a minimum of      10 minutes.then take an accurate reading by slowly rotating the thermometer back and forth.
5. After the measurement is completed, you need to hold the upper end of the thermometer and shake it down 5 to 12 times       with your wrist to reduce the degree to below 36 °C(96.8°F).
